FRAMEWORK AT A GLANCE
The Sustainable Pesticide Management Framework:
- is a proactive, long-term engagement over 5 years
- aims to protect human health, safeguard the
environment and optimize agricultural productivity - is a CropLife International’s investment of over $13
million in total - develops and advances local capacity to implement
the International Code of Conduct on Pesticide
Management - will be launched in 9 low- and middle-income
countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America. In Africa,
implementation is underway in Kenya and Morocco
and will be launched in Egypt in 2024.
